Hi! I’m Ceara Brown
A licensed massage therapist, sound healer, and meditation guide.
My work is rooted in both therapeutic touch and energetic awareness, blending science and intuition to create experiences that feel deeply restorative, grounding, and emotionally supportive.
My journey started at 14, navigating chronic pain, misdiagnosis, and years of medical gaslighting. That led me to start exploring healing outside of traditional healthcare.
I was formally diagnosed with Stage 3 Endometriosis in November, 2024, but by then, I had already spent years learning how to listen to my body and support it differently.
At the same time, I watched my mom go through 7 brain and spinal cord surgeries, survive them, and be in constant pain that led to dependence on prescribed narcotics.
These lived experiences ultimately led me to attend Pacific College of Health and Science and become a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I know what it’s like to live with, and witness, chronic pain and how much it can impact everyday life. It is an honor to hold space for people as they navigate their own path to healing.
Mantra 101
Its not one size fits all, its one size fits you.
Every experience blends modern luxury with holistic roots, creating a personalized escape from the intensity of city life. Here, your body is supported, your energy is balanced, and your mind is given space to reset.
My approach is slow, intentional, and heart-centered. I believe the body holds stories. Through gentle yet effective bodywork, sound, and breath, those stories can begin to soften, release, and transform. Every session is guided by presence, listening, and deep respect for where you are on your healing journey.
When Im not with clients life looks like…
This is Roo. He saved my life as much as I saved his that fated morning outside BonnaROO music and arts fest. We’ve had 7 beautiful years together. He loves walks, toy ducks, and pillows. You can see us walking the bird sanctuary and lake front on my days off!
My biggest goal in life is to see and experience as much of the world, and its people, as possible. This photo is taken at a Colombian finca named, “La Sierra.” They are known for their coffee, which I am collecting coffee pods on their farm in this photo!
I am channeling my inner-child every chance I can at events like Music Festivals and the Renaissance Fair. It’s so fun to put on a themed outfit, grab a cold beer, and explore the whimsy of the setting and all the characters that have come out to play! Added benefit… prime time people watching!
